Prince William and Brazil football legend Cafu visited the Maracanã Stadium with Earth FC to kick off activities in the lead up COP30. Joining young Brazilians on the pitch for a kick about and to talk about protecting the planet through football.

Record Brazilian appearance holder and 2-time World Cup winner Cafu joined Prince William and Earth FC at the Maracanã Stadium to raise awareness of the threat of climate change to the future of football.

Mayor of London Sadiq Kahn x Earth FC
Sadiq Khan joined Earth FC, taking part in the Goals for Earth activity with young people and kicking off the Game for the Earth at Estádio das Laranjeiras. His visit showed unity between cities and clubs taking climate action, and called for stronger cooperation to protect communities and the game we love.
